The following changes have been delivered in this release:

1. Update: Data download files updated up to July 2018 (when applicable).
2. New: A [specific analysis of en route delays attributed to ATC capacity and staffing] atfm_c is now available.
3. New: A [specific analysis of en route delays attributed to weather] atfm_w is now available.
4. New: A [specific analysis of en route delays attributed to ATC disruptions (strike, equipment)] atfm_d is now available.
