Data updates up to May 2016, additional matadata, vertical efficiency article

The following changes have been delivered in this release:

1. Update: Data download files updated up to May 2016 (when applicable)
2. New: added new article on Vertical Flight Efficiency {% cite icns-vfe –file aviation %} (below too) in the [Bibliography section]({{ ‘/references/bibliography.html’ | prepend: site.baseurl | prepend: site.url }}).
